Conophytum calculus ssp vanzylii

Conophytum calculus ssp. vanzylii is a rare, dwarf succulent native to Bushmanland in the Northern Cape of South Africa. Known as a "living stone," it forms smooth, chalky grey-green or pale blue-green spherical bodies with a tiny central cleft, blooming with nocturnal, clove-scented yellow-orange flowers in autumn.
