Shipping policy

Orders are fulfilled on a weekly basis. You will be notified via email when your item has shipped. Items are shipped using the address information you provide, and receipt of shipment is only guaranteed to the address submitted at checkout.

The Cactus & Succulent Society of America, Inc. (CSSA) is not responsible for items that are lost or stolen during shipping. Please contact us if you do not receive your item, and we will provide any available information to assist you in working with the postal service to locate it.

For print copies of the Cactus and Succulent Journal and Haseltonia: if an order does not arrive at its destination, CSSA will not reship the physical item. Instead, we will fulfill the order by providing a digital PDF version of the publication, when available.


International Shipping Policy & Statement on Taxes, Fees, and Lost or Stolen Items

The Cactus & Succulent Society of America, Inc. (CSSA) is not responsible for any taxes, customs duties, or fees that may be incurred when an international recipient purchases our products. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs paid to CSSA.

Additionally, CSSA is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Once an order has been shipped, the risk of loss passes to the recipient.

We encourage international recipients to check with their local customs office to determine any potential charges prior to placing an order. By purchasing and receiving our products, the recipient agrees to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the destination country.
